Event Registration must take place first to be eligible for a hotel room registration. Once you have registered for the event, you will receive an email with a link for hotel registration.

The cut-off date for the discounted rate is: November 27, 2023

After this date rooms may not be available and the rate may increase.

Parking: A discounted rate of $10 per day
